The new, updated Deed Restriction has been uploaded to the Documents page

Election Results to CHANGES to the Deed Restriction:

1. The new voting power for passing amendments is now 60% from 75% of the homeowners.

2. Rent/lease contracts of less than 6 months prohibited, homeowner is responsible for compliance with deed restrictions. 

Board of Directors elections will happen this year. Secretary and Vice President will be up for election later this year.
