Overview

Hundred Acre Woods is a deed restricted neighborhood subdivision of over 100 sites. The neighborhood is located in Port St. John, Florida (North/Central Brevard County). Port St. John is a community in the heart of the Space coast enjoying rocket launches from our own yards.

Home Owners Association

The Hundred Acre Woods Homeowners Association--commonly referred to as an HOA or the Homeowners Association--is responsible for ensuring the by-laws are followed, collecting of annual dues, maintaining common area landscaping and community signage, and holding three (3) annual  public home owners meetings.

HOA's expenses are paid for by dues paid by the individual lot owners.  Our association elects representatives to serve on the HOA Board of Directors, which sets policy and oversees the finances and operation of the Association. The Board meetings, which are open to all site owners, are usually held four (4) times per year. The HOA Board does not contract with a professional management firm to provide management services.

Declaration

The governing documents of the Homeowners Association are Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements and By-Laws of Hundred Acre Woods Homeowners Association. Copies are available from the HOA Board for a $5.00 fee that covers copying.
