Home Owners Association
The Hundred Acre Woods Homeowners Association--commonly referred to as HOA or the Homeowners Association--is responsible for ensuring the by-laws are followed, the collection of dues, the maintenance of landscaping, the insurance of the common areas, community signage, and holds 4 annual public home owners meetings.

HOA's expenses are paid for by dues paid by the individual lot owners. Our association elects representatives to serve on the HOA Board of Directors, which sets policy and oversees the finances and operation of the Association. The Board meetings, which are open to all site owners, are usually held four (4) times per year. The HOA Board does not contract with a professional management firm to provide management services.

Declaration
The governing documents of the Homeowners Association are Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements and By-Laws of Hundred Acre Woods Homeowners Association. Copies are available from the HOA Board for a $5.00 fee that covers copying.
